ADHD

ADHD/ ADD and other forms of neurodiversity can make life difficult.

It can sometimes feel like climbing up a mountain, when others go through smooth valleys. Other times, it might feel like the mind is racing, whilst at the same time you can't do the tasks you are supposed to/ want to and then you procrastinate.

There is such a large spectrum of presentations. For some, it might feel like planning and organising is impossible. For others, time keeping is a challenge.

All of the above and so many more can sometimes lead to addictive behaviours with food/ drink/ substances and overuse of devices or social media amongst others.

Life doesn't have to be like this. You can learn to navigate through the difficulties and tap into your strengths, your originality, your energy and your creative flows. You can put neurodiversity to your advantage, rather than be tormented by it. It can be a wonderful way of living.
