Parent Groups

If you are a small group of up to four parents, we can meet to discuss parenting tips and parental approaches. All family settings are considered, from more traditional ones to blended families and everything else. 

As well as a qualified counsellor and a school counsellor, I am a certified parent educator. For this work I use an Adlerian-focused approach that puts the child in the centre of our thinking. The ultimate goal is to meaningfully connect with our children and to create an environment that fosters their independent thinking and creativity through increase in self-belief.    

We can meet in my consulting room in central St Albans, or online, through Zoom.
